Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping to Brazil: Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout according to your region and chosen shipping method. During seasonal campaigns, we may offer free shipping ; when applicable, this information will appear in your shopping cart.
- International Shipping: Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Taxes, fees, and customs clearance (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility. We do not alter customs declarations.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code , the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
During this period, you can choose to:
- Exchange for another product available in stock; or
- Request a full refund of the amount paid.
The refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after receiving and analyzing the returned product.
For a return to be accepted, the following is required:
- The product must be in its original packaging ;
- There are no signs of use ;
- The security seal must be intact .
Products that have been used or have had their seals broken cannot be returned due to buyer's remorse, in accordance with hygiene and cosmetic safety regulations.

3. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

4. Damaged or defective product
Upon receiving your order, please check the integrity of the packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
If you notice any apparent damage, refuse delivery and note the observation on the back of the invoice or delivery receipt.
The postal service or shipping company will return the product to the sender.
If the problem is identified after receiving the product , take photos of the product and packaging and contact us via our customer service email.
The images will help us activate the carrier's insurance and resolve the case more quickly.
5. Defective product
If the product has a manufacturing defect unrelated to improper use, please contact our team with your order number and a description of the problem.
According to Article 18, §1 of the Consumer Protection Code , the supplier has up to 30 (thirty) days to resolve the defect.
If the problem persists after this period, the customer may choose between:

6. PRODUCT NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ORDER
If you receive a product different from the one listed on your invoice, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the item received .
After verification, we will exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit card
We accept credit card payments in full or in installments up to 5x without interest , with a minimum installment of R$30.00 (thirty reais) .
Installment payments are available for most credit card brands, provided the minimum installment amount is met. Options and conditions are presented on the checkout page.
Payment approval is processed by the card issuer on the same day as the purchase. The shipping timeframe begins after transaction confirmation.

PIX
When choosing to pay via PIX , a QR Code and a unique key valid for 2 hours will be generated.
Confirmation is usually instant, but it can take up to 2 hours, depending on the issuing bank.
